Is it permissible for a group of sisters to covenant obedience to Allah online by setting a daily portion of obedience that includes assigning points for each action (such as 10 points for 100 istighfar and prayers upon the Prophet, and 10 points for reading a portion of the Quran), writing daily reports to collect points, and then honoring the top achievers with online honor boards weekly for encouragement?

The general principle for righteous deeds is to conceal them unless there is an overriding benefit [in disclosing them]. Mentioning the virtues of acts of worship and encouraging one another to perform them is better than recording names on a special board, out of fear of falling into ostentation (riya') and seeking people's approval. For humans are naturally inclined to love praise. To avoid this, deeds should be concealed, and one should suffice with reminding each other of their virtues and rewards, in order to preserve the soundness of hearts and the sincerity of one's work for Allah Almighty.
