If your husband concealed his illness from you and you only found out about it after the marriage, you have the right to annul the marriage, unless you consented to it. However, if the illness occurred after the marriage, or you consented to it after becoming aware of it, then you do not have the right to annulment according to the majority of scholars. Nevertheless, you may request a divorce (talaq) or a khul' (divorce at the wife's request, with compensation).
