Is it obligatory for the husband to leave his parents' home and move with his wife and children to another place, given that he lives with his elderly parents, one of whom is ill, and his wife does not serve his family and gives him the choice between moving or separation, and that he has a job in his village, taking into account that she can work in the new village and the distance is one hour?

We do not advise you to leave your elderly and sick parents, as this is an act of disobedience that prevents entry into Paradise. Allah has commanded kindness to parents, especially in their old age. As for your wife, do not leave her. Instead, try to communicate with her calmly, involve wise members of her family to resolve the issue, honor her, and treat her well with words and actions. Do not obligate her to serve your parents, as this is not her religious duty. You can also postpone the issue and agree with her on a period for review after you have appeased her as much as you can.
