Prayer is a great divine obligation incomparable to human sports; it is the pillar of the religion and the covenant between Allah and His servants, and it was ordained in the heavens due to its immense significance. Prayer is not merely a set of movements, but rather a presence of heart and body with remembrance and recitation for Allah. It leads to the expiation of sins and prohibits indecency and evil. Whoever performs it submits to the command of his Creator and attains His pleasure, while whoever turns away from it incurs Allah's wrath and punishment.
