What is your advice to people who pray all the congregational prayers in the mosque except for Fajr prayer, which they pray at home?

Congregational prayer is obligatory for a capable man who hears the call to prayer. There is no difference between Fajr prayer and other prayers; in fact, Fajr prayer is more deserving of being preserved in congregation for several reasons: the virtue of performing it in congregation, as "whoever prays Fajr in congregation, it is as if he stood in prayer the entire night," and "Give glad tidings to those who walk to the mosques in darkness of complete light on the Day of Resurrection." It goes against the hypocrites, for whom this prayer is burdensome, as "No prayer is heavier for the hypocrites than Fajr and 'Isha'." It allows a Muslim to begin his day with good deeds, for "A man's prayer in congregation is multiplied twenty-five times over his prayer at home and in his marketplace." It is advised not to miss out on this great reward and to beware of falling behind from the congregation.
