The answer

It is not permissible for an employee to resort to deception by increasing the price of a house to obtain a larger loan from the company, because this constitutes lying, cheating, and forgery. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Muslims are bound by their conditions," and "Whoever cheats is not of me," and "Deceit and treachery are in the Fire." If the company sells the house on a murabahah basis, then fraudulently increasing the price leads to an interest-based loan, which is forbidden. The employee must present the true price of the house to the company.
