Evils must be denounced by hand; if one is unable, then by tongue; if one is unable, then by heart. If one is unable to denounce with their hand or tongue, then denunciation by heart is obligatory, which entails avoiding places of evil when possible. If one was able to forbid and was negligent, they must repent, regret, and resolve not to be negligent in the future, while emphasizing the importance of adopting a wise approach and observing the etiquettes and conditions of denunciation.
