What is the ruling concerning the prayers and days I fasted based on my mistaken belief that menstruation ends merely with the cessation of blood, without waiting for any yellowish or brownish discharge, and must I make them up?

The fatwa adopted by us is that yellowish and brownish discharges connected to blood are considered menses. However, some scholars do not consider them as such at all, and this opinion is disfavored by us. Nevertheless, it can be acted upon if the action has already occurred based on it, so there is no need to repeat prayers or fasting. Assuming these discharges are menses, there is a difference of opinion among scholars regarding the repetition of prayers. For those who wish to be cautious, they should make up the prayers they performed without performing ghusl, and the days they fasted while menstruating.
