Is it obligatory to make up the prayers and the fasting, or only the fasting, due to seeing blood before the expected time of menstruation in Ramadan and the continuation of unusual discharge for two days, knowing that I did not pray but I did not eat anything?

If the discharge that continued for two days is the known menstrual blood, then you have the ruling of a menstruating woman, meaning abstaining from prayer and fasting, and making up for the fasts but not the prayers.

However, if the discharge is yellow or brownish (a yellowish or turbid discharge), it is not considered menstruation unless it occurs during the usual period or is connected to blood. Otherwise, it is considered vaginal discharge and does not prevent prayer or fasting, but it does invalidate ablution (wudu').

As for the blood clots that appeared before dawn, if they continued for a day and a night, they are considered menstruation. If they were less than that, they do not take the ruling of menstruation, but they do invalidate ablution. If the aforementioned discharge was also blood, then all of it is considered menstruation.
