Some exegetes have stated that the verse has a general meaning. As for the specific virtues mentioned for this supplication, all of that is an overreach and speaking about Allah without knowledge. The Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, taught us the supplication for leaving the home: (In the name of Allah, I rely upon Allah; there is no might and no power except with Allah), and it is then said: (You have been guided, sufficed, and protected), or (O Allah, we seek refuge in You from going astray or being led astray, from oppressing or being oppressed, from acting ignorantly or having ignorance acted upon us).
