Is it obligatory to be fair between wives in terms of overnight stays if one of them is disobedient?

A husband is not required to equalize between a disobedient (nashiz) wife and an obedient one in terms of division (of nights), because a wife's disobedience forfeits her right to spending the night (with her husband) and maintenance. Rather, justice lies in not equalizing between them.
