Is it permissible to take wood designated for heating from the company and give it to someone else who is not an employee?

If the company provides wood to employees because it knows of their need for it, then it is not permissible to take your share to give it to your friend, due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Muslims are bound by their conditions regarding what is permissible." However, if the company gives wood to employees without regard for their need, then there is no sin upon you in fulfilling your friend's request.
