The full paternal first cousin inherits all the money if there is no inheriting male descendant, no inheriting male ascendant, no full or paternal half-brother, no son of a full or paternal half-brother, and no full or paternal half-uncle. As for the daughters of the paternal uncle, they have no right to inheritance. Inheritance cases must be submitted to the courts for review, due to the possibility of an heir, wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
