Is the narrated tradition from Amir al-Mu'minin (may Allah be pleased with him) authentic: "Whoever recites 'Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad' (Say: He is Allah, the One) ten times after the Fajr prayer, no sin will follow him on that day, and indeed, he has humbled Satan"?

The aforementioned hadith has a weak chain of transmission, as it includes an unnamed individual, and two other paths that are damaged and denounced. The first of these includes Muhammad ibn Munadhir the poet, who is abandoned (Matruk), and the second includes Marwan ibn Salim al-Jazari, who fabricates hadith. Another hadith has been narrated regarding the virtue of reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas ten times, without restriction to the Fajr prayer, which states: "Whoever recites 'Qul Huwa Allahu Ahad' until he finishes it ten times, Allah will build for him a palace in Paradise." The authenticity of this hadith is disputed, though some scholars have deemed it hasan (good).
