The worshipper must prostrate on the seven limbs that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded to prostrate on, which are: the forehead along with the nose, the two hands, the two knees, and the tips of the two feet. Prostrating on part of each of these limbs is sufficient. So, if he prostrates on one toe from his foot, his prayer is valid. As for completely abandoning prostration on the feet, that has other rulings.
