Does a divorced woman have the right to obtain a plot of land as compensation for being deprived of her children after her divorce, or can she pay for the land in installments in a manner that suits her financial situation?

If a woman is divorced, she is entitled to mut'ah (compensatory gift), and to maintenance and housing during the waiting period (iddah (definition)) if the divorce is revocable. After that, she is not entitled to demand anything else from him. It is forbidden for her to seize her father-in-law's money, because he is not held accountable for his son's actions, as Allah Almighty says: "And every soul earns not [anything] except for itself, and no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another." The husband must enable her to visit and communicate with her children. Her custody of her children ceases if she marries another man, based on the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "You have more right to him as long as you do not marry." Custody does not return to her after it has ceased due to marriage.
