Does divorce occur if one swears an oath of triple divorce in a state of extreme anger and unconsciousness, knowing that the one who swore the oath does not recall saying it?

If the anger reaches a degree where one is unaware of what is being said, then the divorce is not binding. However, if it is otherwise, then the divorce is binding immediately upon speaking to the sister, according to the majority of scholars who hold that conditional divorce takes effect. It is advisable to refer to the Sharia courts in such matters. A Muslim should also avoid the causes of worldly anger due to the corruptions it entails, acting upon the Prophet's (peace be upon him) advice: "Do not get angry."
