What is the merit of Islamic and da'wah (preaching) messages, and what is the effect of messages of love and infatuation on their recipient?

Gratitude for Allah Almighty's blessings is shown by utilizing them in His obedience, such as calling to good, enjoining what is right, and forbidding what is wrong, in fulfillment of His saying, "And let there be [arising] from you a nation inviting to [all that is] good, enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong, and those are the successful."

Among the forms of ingratitude for blessings is using them in disobedience to Allah and spreading immorality, such as love messages that open the door to evil. Allah has threatened those who love that immorality should be spread with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter, in fulfillment of His saying, "Indeed, those who like that immorality should be spread among those who have believed will have a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter."
