Is money earned from working for a company that produces electronic chips used in various fields permissible (halal)?

Working in mixed-gender environments has its downsides, but if a person is afflicted with it and finds no alternative, then they must fear Allah, lower their gaze, avoid seclusion, and refrain from shaking hands [with the opposite gender]. They should also search for another job that safeguards their religion, even if it offers a lower salary.

If the company produces multiple types of chips, it is obligatory to avoid working on anything related to televisions and satellite dishes due to their predominant use in sin. Anything whose predominant use is in sin is impermissible to assist in, unless it is known that someone uses it for permissible purposes. However, if the product can be used for multiple purposes, including permissible ones, then there is no harm in working on its production.
