What is the ruling on creating a collective da'wah account on Twitter for the purpose of reminding others and disseminating da'wah messages, and will its doer be rewarded?

Inviting to Allah is among the noblest of deeds and the function of the prophets and their followers. Social media is a legitimate means for it if it adheres to Sharia controls. The reward for da'wah is obtained by the presence of sincere intention and righteous, pure work.

Da'wah must be based on insight, by verifying published information and hadiths, with female callers adhering to Sharia controls such as not softening their speech and not addressing men except out of necessity.

Information and reminders should be general, such as reminding of virtuous days and good deeds, and publishing useful clips and articles by trustworthy scholars.

We advise female students of knowledge to increase their knowledge, for it is the foundation of da'wah, wisdom, and insight.
