Is the Fajr prayer valid ten minutes after sunrise?

The true dawn (Al-Fajr Al-Sadiq) is what is considered for the entry of the time for the Fajr prayer. It is the widespread, horizontal light that appears across the horizon. If the Imam establishes the prayer after its time has begun, then praying behind him is valid, and delaying the iqamah by ten minutes after the adhan does not cause any harm. If the Imam is righteous and knowledgeable of the prayer times, it is permissible to follow his lead regarding the entry of prayer times, and the prayer is valid.
