What should one do if the time for Fajr prayer in our country is 20 minutes after the Adhan, taking into account what Sheikh Al-Albani said regarding the time of the true dawn (Fajr As-Sadiq)?

The time for Fajr prayer begins with the appearance of the true dawn—which is the horizontal whiteness in the horizon not followed by darkness—and extends until sunrise. This is based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "And the time for Fajr is as long as the sun has not risen." So, if the prayer is established after the true dawn has entered, there is no problem. However, if it is before, the prayer is invalid, as the entry of its time is a condition for its validity.
