What are the wife's rights, and does she have a share in the household furnishings, and are the household furnishings considered part of the mahr (dowry)?

If a woman is divorced before consummation and seclusion, she is entitled to half of the mahr. This includes half of the advance payment and the deferred payment, as well as the list of movables, including the dowry (network) if its value was recorded in the list of movables. If one spouse forgives their share of the mahr for the other, this is permissible.
