If the husband's harshness and disregard for his wife's feelings are a sign of poor marital conduct, and Allah the Almighty has commanded husbands to treat their wives with kindness, and it was reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that he used to joke with his wives and say: "The best of you is the best to his family."

The husband should be advised and reminded of his wife's rights, and he should help her in her pursuit of treatment for conception. If the husband wishes to marry a second wife, it is his right, and the wife does not have the right to prevent him or request a divorce for that reason, unless she suffers clear harm.
