The answer

First: It is advisable to abandon the aforementioned company method to avoid the disagreement of scholars who prohibit it, and they are the majority, because it is not valid with a portion of the growth.

Second: If the sheep are intended for sale, then zakat on trade goods is obligatory for them when its conditions are met: owning them through a compensatory contract and with the intention of trade, and their value reaching the nisab upon the passing of a full year (hawl) on the original capital with which they were purchased.

Third: According to the view that the partnership is invalid, zakat on the sheep is obligatory upon you because you are their owner, and the worker is entitled to a fair wage. As for the view that it is valid, the zakat is taken from the profit.
