Is it permissible to marry the daughter of one's paternal uncle's son, knowing that the paternal uncle's wife breastfed the questioner and the girl's brother?

Your cousin becomes your foster-brother if you were suckled by his mother or his father's wife five full, satisfying sucklings before the age of two. Therefore, his daughter becomes unlawful for you [to marry], due to the Prophet's (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Verily, suckling makes unlawful what lineage makes unlawful."
