The remembrance of Allah is the greatest fortress against jinn and devils. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, instructed us to close doors while mentioning Allah’s name, for Satan does not open a closed door. The remembrance of Allah and the recitation of the Quran, especially Al-Baqarah, expel devils from homes. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, warned against sorcerers and charlatans. Allah has not sent down a disease except that He has also sent down its cure, save for old age.
