How should we deal with the people of innovation and misguidance in daily life, especially given the existence of fatwas that call for boycotting them and not greeting them with peace, which could lead to disunity and discord, particularly since some individuals associated with these groups may be monotheists or genuinely mistaken?

Accusing any person or group of innovation (bid‘ah) and misguidance arbitrarily is not permissible. It is obligatory for a Muslim to respect Muslims, scholars, and callers to Islam (du‘āt). If it is established that a person or group practices innovations, the first obligation is to denounce it by hand, tongue, or heart. If denunciation is ineffective, they can be boycotted and greetings withheld from them for two reasons: to deter them from their innovation or to protect oneself from their influence and the corruption of religion. The Tablighi Jamaat is a da‘wah (proselytizing) group that has its impact but is not without its shortcomings. As for the"Takfiris," if they refer to the group that declares a perpetrator of major sins to be a disbeliever, their matter has been clarified. But if they refer to those who defend sound doctrine, then the one who describes them as misguided is himself misguided.
