What is the ruling on a husband asking his wife for permission in all her actions and private finances?

A wife is not required to seek her husband's permission for all her actions, but only for those that relate to his rights, such as her leaving his house. As for her private affairs that do not conflict with his rights, she may act upon them without permission, such as managing her own personal wealth. She may also engage in trade with her money without her husband's permission. However, she is not permitted to dispose of her husband's money except with his permission.
