Can a Muslim wish in Paradise to return to the neighborhood in which he grew up, and the companionship of friends, and to marry those whom he knew in this world, and do the verses of Allah: "And they were given things in resemblance," and His saying: "{For them therein is what they wish, [wherein to abide] eternally}" apply to that, and does the Prophet's (peace be upon him) hadith: "If Allah admits you to Paradise, you will have therein whatever your soul desires and your eye delights in" include these wishes?

Allah Almighty mentioned that in Paradise there is whatever the souls desire and the eyes delight in, and what no eye has seen, no ear has heard, and no human heart has conceived. He also stated that the people of Paradise will have whatever they wish for therein.

It is permissible for a believer to wish for whatever they desire in Paradise, even if it is something from worldly matters, as in the hadith about planting in Paradise.

However, it must be noted that the aspirations of the people of Paradise differ from those of the people of this world. They are far removed from all that is ugly and immoral. It is not permissible to believe that a believer can marry any woman they wish in Paradise, as some of them are married, and that is claiming knowledge of the unseen. It is sufficient for the believer to have the sole concern of entering Paradise, where they will find blessings beyond description.
