How can young siblings (10 years old) be encouraged to commit to religious observance so that they may grow up with it, and what is the methodology to be followed for that?

We advise teaching children the Holy Quran and the authentic Prophetic Sunnah, and the Islamic manners contained therein, such as righteousness, maintaining kinship ties, truthfulness, and trustworthiness. [Also teach them] to safeguard prayers in congregation, and the Islamic manners of eating, drinking, and speaking. For whoever grows up with these manners will be upright and benefit himself and his nation, and the whoever educates [them] will receive a great reward.
