Is a father obligated to make up missed prayers after recovering from an accident he suffered?

If a person was of sound mind when they missed prayers, they must make up the missed prayers to the best of their ability (standing, sitting, on their side, or lying down), and arrange them by intention and action, starting with the first obligatory prayer they missed, then the next, and so on for each day, until all the missed prayers are completed. However, if they lost their mind when they missed them, then there is no make-up required for them.
