How is the estate of an unmarried deceased brother divided when the father's inheritance is being distributed?

If a brother dies before the division of his father's inheritance and leaves no heirs other than his siblings, his death is considered as if it did not occur, and the inheritance is divided among the remaining heirs (the siblings) with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, then for the male is the share of two females." However, if the deceased brother has other heirs besides his siblings, they must be identified. We also point out that inheritance matters are complex and require presentation to Sharia (definition) courts to ensure there are no wills, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' rights.
