What you are feeling might be due to being away from family and living alone. This is natural, and its solution lies in patience and trying to adapt, and it will disappear, God willing. As for magic (sihr) and the evil eye ('ayn), their symptoms are mentioned in Fatwas 44901 and 33341. The way to treat them is with ruqya ash-shar'iyya (Islamic exorcism). So, try ruqya, and if your condition does not improve, then present yourself to a specialized psychiatrist.
