What is the ruling on games that distribute prizes, or reduce the prices of weapons, or place drawings on them in celebration of non-Muslim holidays?

Games that are free from prohibitions are permissible, as long as they do not lead to negligence in obligatory duties. However, if they are associated with prohibitions, then it is forbidden to acquire them and play with them. The distribution of prizes or reduction of fees on Eid does not prevent a permissible game, nor does it prevent its purchase if it is for reducing its price, not for glorifying Eid, because it is permissible to accept a gift from disbelievers on their Eid. Thus, Eid has no effect on preventing the acceptance of a gift; rather, its ruling is the same on Eid and otherwise. And whoever buys something on the day of the disbelievers' Eid and does not buy it otherwise, if he intended thereby to glorify that day like the disbelievers, it is disbelief. But if he did so for extravagance and enjoyment, not for glorification, it is not disbelief. And one should beware of imitating the disbelievers.
