What is the ruling of Islamic law concerning a woman who vowed to donate all her money and new clothes after recovering from an illness, knowing that she is an orphan and self-supporting?

Regarding a woman who vowed to donate all her money, scholars differ on this matter. Some are of the opinion that it suffices for her to give out one-third of her wealth, while others believe she is obligated to give out all of her money.
