نبي ورد ذكره في القرآن من غير البشر، من هو؟

Prophethood, in its religious sense, is exclusive to human beings, as indicated by the Almighty's saying: "And We sent not before you except men to whom We revealed from among the people of cities." As for messengership (risalah), it may be applied to angels, such as Gabriel (peace be upon him). The Almighty said: "Allah chooses from the angels messengers and from the people." Ibn Kathir interpreted the Almighty's saying: "Indeed, it is the word of a noble Messenger" as the conveyance of a message by an honorable angel, namely Gabriel (peace be upon him).
