Is it permissible, Islamically, for a lawyer to watch pornographic videos included in a sexual harassment case, which constitute evidence against the accused, in order to verify their authenticity and that they have not been fabricated?

It is not permissible to examine videos that display 'awrah (intimate parts) due to lack of necessity. Furthermore, filming and similar modern methods are not considered proof for establishing adultery, but rather mere circumstantial evidence, as they can be subject to human error.
