What is the ruling on the prayer of one from whom a slight and recurring wind (fart) is emitted uncontrollably, especially when bending or when the weather changes?

If you are certain that wind has been emitted, you must perform ablution (wudu') when intending to pray, because ritual purity (tahara) is a condition for the validity of prayer, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The prayer of one who has invalidated his ablution is not accepted until he performs ablution." However, if wind is emitted most of the time, you take the ruling of one afflicted with perpetual discharge (sahib al-salas).
