How did the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) spend his day from dawn until he slept, including his breaking of the fast and his manners of eating?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, used to pray Fajr in congregation, then sit for remembrance (dhikr) and the Duha prayer. At home, he would serve himself and his family, and go out for prayer when its time came. He never criticized any food and often lived on dates and water. He would check on people's conditions in the markets and visit their sick. After 'Isha, he would stay up late with his family or companions discussing Muslim affairs, then sleep early in the night and rise for the Tahajjud prayer. His life was an application of the Quran, and his guidance was blessed and not routine work.
