Is it permissible to leave the partnership amount as zakat on wealth for the indebted partner, and then collect it from the husband and family to take it instead of the partner bearing the burden of repaying the amount?

If the partnership contract is dissolved and the partner becomes indebted with this money, it is permissible for you to be given Zakat to repay his debt, provided that the debt is genuinely established as his liability and that the debtor is in hardship, possessing no more than his basic necessities. It is permissible to give the Zakat directly to you without the debtor receiving it, because it is not a condition for the ghārim (debtor) to take possession of the Zakat money. This falls under the categories of Zakat expenditures for debtors.
