What is the ruling of Islamic law regarding a marriage that was built upon concealing facts and realities that could harm the husband, in addition to procreating to subject him to a fait accompli? And is this marriage considered a legitimate cohabitation if the wife works in a remote area about 500 km away from the husband, knowing that she has repeatedly refused his offers to move and live with him?

If the wife refuses to obey her husband by quitting her job without a legitimate Islamic reason, and she had not stipulated working as a condition before the marriage contract, then she is disobedient (nashiz), and her disobedience should be dealt with through legitimate Islamic methods. If her situation does not improve, it is better to divorce her, and the husband may refrain from divorcing her until she offers him a ransom (khul'). It is not permissible for the wife to prevent the husband from seeing his daughter. In case of dispute, the Sharia court shall rule on the matter.
