Is it obligatory for a Muslim whom Allah has guided and whose religious matters have been spread for him to disseminate everything he has read, and is his failure to do so considered concealing knowledge, bearing in mind that he sends beneficial information to those who ask him or are inclined towards Islam?

It is not obligatory to disseminate everything one learns and reads. The texts warning against concealing knowledge apply to obligatory knowledge, such as when a Muslim sees someone who does not pray properly, it becomes incumbent upon him to teach that person if no one else is doing so.
