Do defiled clothes become pure by washing them once in an automatic washing machine? And what should be done about that?

Washing clothes in the aforementioned washing machine is sufficient for their purification if the impurity itself has been removed. A mere flow of water over the contaminated spot is sufficient if the impurity is only a ritual one (hukmiyya). There is no need to rewash them once the impurity has been removed; otherwise, they must be washed until it disappears.
