Is it permissible to remain married to a religious man who no longer believes in the Prophetic narrations (Hadith) of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, and interprets the Quran in a way that contradicts what we have learned from the righteous predecessors (Salaf al-Salih)?

It is not permissible for a woman to remain with her husband if he denies a well-established principle of the religion (ma'lum min al-din bi al-darurah) or rejects authentic hadiths without a valid reason, unless he repents before the expiry of her 'iddah (waiting period). However, if the matter has not reached apostasy and is limited to transgression (fisq) and non-disbelieving innovations (bid'ah ghayr mukaffirah), it is recommended for her to separate from him if he persists in that state.
