What are the consequences of a wife saying to her husband, "You are to me like my father until the Day of Resurrection," in a moment of anger and emotional distress?

If a Muslim forbids something permissible for himself, its ruling is that of an oath (yamin), and the evidence for this is the Almighty's saying: "O Prophet, why do you prohibit what Allah has made lawful for you?... Allah has already ordained for you the dissolution of your oaths." This is general for all the oaths of believers. So, whoever forbids something permissible for himself must offer an expiation for an oath (kaffarat yamin), which is: feeding ten poor persons, or clothing them, or freeing a slave. If he cannot find any of these, he should fast for three days.
