What is the share of each heir from the estate of a deceased person who has a father, a mother, four daughters, and a wife?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the wife receives one-eighth due to the presence of a descendant heir. The mother receives one-sixth as a fixed share due to the presence of a descendant heir, and similarly the father. The daughters receive two-thirds. The original basis of the problem is twenty-four shares, and it increases to twenty-seven. So, the daughters receive sixteen shares (four shares for each one), the father receives four shares, the mother receives four shares, and the wife receives three shares.

We emphasize that matters of inheritance are serious and complex, and merely a fatwa is not sufficient. Rather, they must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation, as there may be wills, debts, or other rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
