Does the third divorce count if the wife was divorced under duress by the husband's family?

The divorce of one who is coerced does not take effect. The recognized coercion is that which is compelling, such as a threat to harm him or his child, or to seize property that would cause him detriment, or a threat from someone capable whom he believes will carry it out. The request of the sister and mother for divorce is not a legitimate form of coercion. Therefore, if a man divorces his wife under the influence of their request, his divorce takes effect. If this divorce is the third, then his wife becomes irrevocably separated from him by a major separation, and she is not lawful for him until she marries another husband.
