Does a divorce pronounced by a husband under duress and coercion from his mother and maternal uncle take effect?

The triple divorce initiated by the husband due to pressure from his mother and maternal uncle is considered valid, and his wife becomes unlawful for him until she marries another husband. This pressure is not considered a legitimate form of duress that would invalidate the divorce.

However, if the triple divorce was pronounced with a single utterance, or occurred during menstruation, or during the waiting period (iddah) of a revocable divorce, then, according to some scholars like Ibn Taymiyyah, the wife does not become unlawful for her husband. In such a case, he may take her back before the expiry of the iddah.
