Do homosexuals (who have been afflicted by God with these inclinations and do not sexually desire women) fall under the meaning of God’s saying: "those who are dependent, not having sexual desire, among men"? And what is the reward for their patience in abstaining from sins?

Homosexuals are not included among the "men who are not in pursuit of women" (those without sexual desire for women), because their inclination towards men necessitates caution regarding them. The effeminate man (mukhannath) who is permitted to enter upon women is one who has no desire for them, does not comprehend their affairs, is very effeminate in creation, speech, and gaze, does not understand people's matters, and is not known for indecency. As for one who understands the meanings of women and men, he is not among them. And patience in abstaining from sins - Allah will repay the patient ones without reckoning.
